I've no problem with downloading Garry's Mod's contents. If the download is stuck at 0-bytes, in most cases it might be due to the server facing a technical issue or it’s been overloaded by high traffic. I've no problem with updating games' updates. ago Okay so I did switch the download onto my SSD from my hard drive and it is much faster now. I can download other stuff at 100+ mbps with no problem. I've tried clearing Steam cache and changing ClientRegistry.Blob Exactly, if this was a hard drive problem then why is it only steam dropping to 0 mbps.
